    Have determined C9 is tacho/motor fault.Found burn mark on commutator and spark erosion on one brush.Motor actually checks ok with mega!
    Have a spare motor which I will try today.
    How do you cancel the C9 error code? It seems the machine will not operate at all and is locked.Cant even open door?

    Hold in pre-wash & soak buttons while turning control knob to gentle spin position.
