Customer reported not drying dishes.
I ran on a quick wash. The final rinse water got hot and the ducting fan motor came on at the end. I did notice that the duct isn’t particularly well attached to the tank on the side, and also I didn’t do a visual check to see if the fan was rotating, although the motor is audible, the drive belt is intact and all rotates freely. Customer tells me that the final rinse water isn’t as hot as he expects it to be, so perhaps this is an intermittent fault and sod’s law dictates that it doesn’t manifest its self while I’m there. Also wondering about rinse aid and whether they’ve changed their brand of tablet recently.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
