Aeg B8871-4-m pnc944-185-214 pyrolitic oven F5 fault

Wondered if anybody could help with this oven, works fine but faults F5 when on cleaning function, a new rear control boards been fitted but the problem persists . Thanks cras

well I think the predictive text monster has been at this one
F5 is listed as

Clotted heating element relay contacts on the power electronic

makes no real sense to me but was wondering if the element had a lower insulation resistance when very hot

Hi , thanks for the reply , I should’ve added that a new fan element and base has also been changed due to a low earth reading , so I suppose only the grill element left .

never assume a new part is ok. there is always the chance they are faulty
