AEG BPK351020M (PNC944 187 910 03) temperature issues

Morning all, custimer has oven thats not heating up past 180 degrees. thought it could be thermostat, but on investigating it looks like it has a temperature probe as opposed to a physical thermostat. Is this the likeley cause of the issue as wuld have thought if element had failed it wouldnt get to that temperature.

It’s certainly possible that’s the problem but, it’s electronic so there is a chance it’s the module. But I’d also go for the sensor first.
