ParticipantI assume that you have checked the door hinges? The door should not open beyond 90 degrees, if it does then the hinges are bent and that can cause the door to pop open (it doesn’t take much of a bend either).

Moderatorhave you checked the hinge has not been bent ever so slighlty so the last inch when the door closes it act like a spring trying to pull open the door

Moderatorwhen door closed how much effort needed to pop it open ?
also when we are talking bent hinges we are not talking a lot only enough to put pressure on catch when closed. so may not show much below horizontal. you can tell by the feel when door closes the last inch

its 12 years old i noticed it mentioned stronger hinges . for heavy door panels ,, .mmmm cant be that after 12 years..you hear water pushing against the door at top when switches to top arm .. i take spray arm off . can hear water splashing at top like a jet .. but stays shut ok …. mmmm its as if the basket is getting pushed forward maby ? but arms go round fine , and cleaned holes .. should you get any water coming out where the arm swings round . ie where clicks on to spray arm ?as put whole arm on end off tap .. seems water coming out of where it spins round
