    Hi went to fit one today and on connection there was no display or heat. Is there a configuration or would this be faulty? On refitting the old hob it worked just fine.

    Not wishing to ask the obvious but did you read the user manual/installation instructions ? 😉

    There’s a link in the terminal block that has to be fitted between terminals 1 and 2 (live).

    Also time delays and child lock functions via the control panel may be the problem. I can email a copy later if you need it 🙂

    I did read the manual and did link the terminals but the whole thing was dead. Really just wanted to confirm I ain’t totally past it yet so waiting for a new hob to be delivered.
