Any help please………called out to an aeg washing machine, not filling & making load clicking noise. I see there is a device connected to the solenoid with some plastic cogs inside!

I am guessing that this is to move a flap in order to direct the water to the right part of the dispensor – the cogs are intact, so is it likely that the “Flap is jammed?

Any help gratefuly receivd as ever
    🙂

    Model number to follow!!!

Water Distributor (top of soap box etc) has to be replaced as a complete unit. About £35+vat trade from memory. You’ll get the part from any supplier once you get the model no.

Make sure you order on the pnc – there are two different ones – two connector blocks and three.
