The oven was not getting hot on fan assisted setting, so I changed the heater element, but this has not worked. I have opened up the back of the oven and there is a ceramic/metal component fixed on to the top fan assembly. I believe that this is the thermal safety cut out, but my localparts supplier cannot find a replacement part number. I have temporarily by-passed this part to see if the oven works, but none of the heater or grill elements appear to be getting hot. Could this be the thermostat that is faulty and if so, can anyone provide a part number?
