Hi guys, customer says oven was still producing heat in morning after being switched off the night before(it was showing cooling bars in temperature graphic on display). Now it is struggling to get up to required temperature, only got to 160degrees after 40mins.
Any ideas? Seems to be a lot of electronics in this oven.Alan

this oven had 2 modes convection and fan
as expexted the fan oven uses a round element but the convection uses upper and lower elements
has the lower one failed and the customer does not realise there is another mode or is there a temp prob on both modes ?
there are 3 tech manuals linked to this unit if you would like them pm me your email as they are too big to attach to a pm
