AEG COMPETENCE OVEN

Having trouble with an AEG Competence Double oven.
Needs new door seals and a couple of control knobs but due to leaking lower door seals the identification label is blank except for a bit of bar code! 😕 (why cant oven makers find a better way of marking :rolls: )
Do they hide the numbers anywhere else please.

any number left on the bar code ?

have you asked customer if they still have bill or the instruction book to narrow it down

Unfortunatly all that is left of bar code is a few black lines.
No bill or instructions as house has changed hand a couple of times since it was installed.
Dated it to 2000 due to lables on stats etc.
Stripped door and handle has number 661410682 on it which have found on TDS as 899661410682/2 updates to 899661410682/2
This is listed on Connections but still no mention of a model no.

pull oven out sometimes they have rating sticker on the top of the oven as well

Unfortunately nothing visible on top, back, side, or bottom 😕

Have you tried e-mailing Lux via their website? They ought to be able to get you a model no. from the handle code.
