AEG Cooker no heat

Hi customer has just phoned and said her AEG steam oven will not heat, it has a fan oven also which incorporates a conventional and steam she said the main oven element is not working (fan) I asked her to test the other elements she found that no element in the oven works no gill fan or conventional elements working has any one got any ideas and if the fan element goes would this stop the others ?

Might want to check its not in some sort of a showroom mode first.

Hi have contacted the customer and she has looked for pnc number but as the cooker is very old every thing has worn away even the aeg logo is there another way of doing this.
