    f44070id pnc 91123521401. been out to this a couple of times now, customer complains about water in front of door. i have changed top seal and lower seal looks ok. has any one had this fault before. you can see its been leaking out of door but everytime i run it, it dont leak im wondering if old girl is spilling water on floor

    dont forget could be a loading prob ie large items directing water at seals

    see if door will adjust may be leaking at top and running down

    check bars for blockages the more that are blocked the more force the rest have

    check for split lower spray arm….they dont rotate and spray into door..had it a few times with AEG slimline dishwashers!

    check bottom door seal make sure there is gap at each end ,

    how much of a gap should be at each end i would have thought they should be right to the hinges to stop splashing over the edge

    I would check for spilt lower spray arm matey, Is it heating ?

    should be gap each end 1/2 inch

    Had a few AEG d’washers with door catch problems, when circulation pump comes on the force of water slightly pushes door open enough to allow leakage. I adjusted tension of spring on lock & it cured problems.
