    customer says…d/w about 18mths old…switch on, indicator lights but can’t change wash programme. i’m not at all familiar with AEG so any advice would be welcome.

    Keeping press lighted program button for few second will reset program… afterwards you will be enable to change program…
    It is writen on user manual too…
