ParticipantHi,
This is an old but good d/washer E Nr 606279204.
Water has leaked into the base operating the float switch. There are no indications of any leak anywhere. If I remember rightly, can the water inlet tank on the LH side give problems and is there a kit to replace it.
Thanks
Laurence

Yes there was from memory, the original chamber was attached directly to the sump and you have to hacksaw it off and fit the new chamber with a hose in between.
Part numbers are:
4071341210 before Fnr 118 and after is 4071340980.
The hose (I’m not sure if it comes with the chamber) is 8996460683007

Yes, it does indeed come with it along with new jubilees to fit it, and a bung or two for holes in the chamber that may not be required. It also includes a couple of new clips for the clear softener feed hose that runs underneath.
All in all not too bad a job….just be a little careful about deciding where to cut the old chamber off.

Hi Dave,
The customer gives the F Nr as 098-765306.
This I presume is before 118 and is 4071341210.
Connect do not show this one but do on the other number.
Are they interchangeable or where can I get one?
Thanks
Laurence

He might mean the hose from the watersoftner to the air break which the old one is always just too short to be safe, i used to use the old zanussi washcraft dispenser valve hose (a useful piece of hose as it could be bent through all angle without kinking) but that is now over the top price wise.
