looked at this today and it worked without fault while i was there,
but both ovens at different times intermittently cut out.
the customer said at the weekend she was using both oven and
the main oven cut out three times and had to be reset each time to cook
the food. at other times it could be the small oven, it could start very soon after being switched on so not overheating, then it could work with no faults for a couple of weeks. any help would be appreciated,

It sounds like the cooling fan isn’t running ??
Several cut outs and cut ins next to it and a couple of identical control PCB’s, one for each oven I guess, pretty complex oven this one 😕

yes 3 cut outs at the top and 2 more at the back. and a seperate board/
display for each oven. the cooling fan ran okay all the time i was there, i
did ask if she noticed it stop at any time and she said no.
NIGHTMARE.
maybe advise her to go to the manufactures in this case.
