AEG direct drive machines?

    A friend wants to buy a direct-drive machine and has latched onto AEG. As far as I’m aware, LG are the only DD manufacturers, but Tesco (at least) advertise AEG machines as direct-drive. AEG do NOT make the claim. I feel that Tesco (and others) may be guilty of misrepresentation. Does anyone KNOW if they’re DD or not?

    Hi

    According to the AEG website they produce a super silent machine which has an brushless inverter motor, there is no mention of direct drive.

    I wouldn` t go as far to say it`s misrepresentation on the part of Tesco. More like input error of the human kind 😉
