original compliant was not washing well. Found mouse had chewed two wires going to diverter and exposed ends sat in water from small leak. fixed wires and leak but no heat ?. Heater tests ok some assume blown pcb module. replaced but still no heat. scrathing my head as i type ?

    have you checked wash motor

if its partly blocked or has play in the bearing it will draw the wrong current and make the unit think that there is not enough flow to activate heater

I havent checked that. Sounds like a good wash action but will check properly on next visit.
My thinking now is possibly reconnected the wires to the diverter wrong ( they are all white so easily done ), as if no signal from microswitch then no heat ??? Hoping if thats the case i havent damaged the module. Luckily customer is being very good about it

well seems to be a model with bldc motors and no pressure sw
that means they are using motor as water sensor. if the water flow is wrong for any reason it wont heat but think it senses the diverter so its likely to be turning. if its not it could restrict flow and cause a no heat problem
