bit difficult this one as these are possibly 2 different codes

the 4 series alarm codes of which there is only 1 is E45 and is a door problem

EH codes on the other hand normally are power issues
EH4 alarm is the zero watt failure. Dryer will function normally but will draw more power on standby

can email you stuff if you need it

Thankyou for that Dave I really do appreciate it. There’s no mention of error codes in there. The lady said it it was a eh40. I assume its a pcb problem (zero watt failure)

chances are if you put it into engineering mode you will get a different answer. codes are different that the customer sees.

I would guess customer sees E40 but go into engineering and you get e41 or E42 or E43 etc not E40
