AEG dryer what have I done wrong

AEG vented dryer T35850 91609520201
I have machine in workshop replaced front support wheels by
Turning machine upside down and leaving drum in place,
Took motor out and checked.
Now motor starts for 2 seconds then stops no heat
Start light stays on ( not flash) heat not coming on.
Drum running free.
Any ideas

Motor thermal protector kicking in so looks like you’ve fuffed up the wiring in and around the motor somehow ❓

Why didn’t you just take the drum out to replace the rollers? It’s only a 5-10 minute job that way. 😳

I had motor plug wrong way round, it had gone in easily
Will take drum out next time, it seemed a good idea at the time
