AEG E/COOKER B4140/W Door jammed closed

I’ve never come across this before. I’m able to get the oven out and have access to the oven from the top.

I don’t see any easy way of opening the door mechanism (Cleaning cycle) without breaking anything.

Anyone come across this before and have any info?

Sorry to bump this, but could really do with some info.

In the end I may end up passing the customer to AEG, but as that’s a ten day wait for an engineer, she won’t be too pleased with that.

Whats your email address, i have a sevice manual that may help.

It mentions you need 240v supply to contacts 2&3 door lock to unlock.
so may be a main pcb problem or one of the Klixons.
