aeg e10 fault ???

hi chaps this ones a mod 1051 prod no 91487900501 customer reports
e10 fault but also when its set after 1min the time goes straight from 1hr48 to 1min ??clues greatly appreciated

e10 on this appliance unlike most aeg/electrolux group appliance relates to a no drain problem during wash. programme is paused and you need to check the usual/relevant parts.
