    Hello,

I have one of the above condenser dryers . It has a max 7KG load. Lately i sometimes i find that when i load the drier and hit the start button it is reluctant to start to rotate the drum. Unloading some of the washing sometimes helps and it starts. I am fairly certain that im not overloading it. It sounds like power is being supplied to the motor as there is a low hum. I wonder if its a capacitor start issue?

Incidentally, if anyone has the misfortune to own one of these , i know a place that can repair the PCB very economically.

i think it may be a capacitor but to check i need the complete pnc number as there are 68 different machines with the same model number

Hi gain, sorry for the delay, It doesnt always do it but if it does fail to start i just open the door, rotate the drum a few degrees ,shut door, try again and generally it goes. I had another look at the product badge and it says

    Type p502766
    prod no 916 096 476 05
    serial 03185122
    Thanks
