    Hi all

    My trusty AEG electric oven (model number BP5003021M, PNC 94418572206) has decided to develop a fault on Christmas Eve! It heats up for around 5 minutes, then the cooling fans run at full speed and the oven shuts down with fault F104. Does anyone know what might be causing this please? Possibly a faulty thermostat? Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Many thanks Dave, I really appreciate that. My copy of the user manual doesn’t list the fault codes for some reason. Where did you find that one please?
