AEG Electrolux Fridge Freezer won’t start -door left open

I left the freezer door open overnight last week and as I had done a similar thing a few months ago with the fridge door I did what I did last time and turned the fridge freezer off, opened the doors to allow to defrost any ice build up (after a day last time it started working again).

The doors have now been open, with empty fridge and freezer, for 2 days now and the fridge will not fire up again.

The light comes on briefly and it tries to start but no go…..

I realise that it may be a couple of things but any help on a process of elimination would be great!
