I went to an AEG Competence oven (PNC 944 171 392 – Model 88004), this is one of the new ones controlled solely by a PCB. No “normal” thermostats or even knobs, etc.
It is underheating both top and lower ovens by about 30 degree C. per tests with an oven thermometer, and complaints by the housewife that nothing cooks properly!
I would like to know if there is any adjustment on the PCB, or a test sequence, or if I just need to get a new PCB (expensive!).
Has anyone had any experience with these electronically-controlled ovens? This is in fact the second one I have found with the underheating fault. Help appreciated!

    Regards
    Mike

Had similar faults on Hotpoint and Miele in the last couple of weeks. Referred them back to manufacturers. As you say, parts are expensive and if you’re wrong…..
