AEG F35020V1 constantly pumping out.

I am hoping that I will be able to repair this fault myself
but I am stumped. Switch on, select program, pump operates
then 3 beeps and light flashes 3 times. Still pumps
out with door open. No water in tray underneath. Annoyingly
this did not happen when an engineer came to look at it!

i’d imagine there is build up of gunge in sump & tubes to the pressure switches causing blockage.

If your sure the float switch is ok and the float is free check aqua valve on the inlet hose is not o/c as iv’e had this be the cause in the past on these if that’s ok check the base is not being pushed upward and activating the float when it’s pushed back in position.

Thanks for your replies. The sump is clear and I blew down both
tubes and heard a click each time. It still doesn’t work
with the base removed. The float thing clicks when you push it up
but does this mean it is working? Also how can I check the aqua valve works?
This is on the inlet pipe outside the machine
is it not? (Family getting impatient even though it is me doing
almost all the washing up)
