AEG F65011VI Built In Dishwasher – Heats water on the wash but no hot drying cycle.

As per the title, AEG Dishwasher not drying. Initially the heater was open circuit and was replaced – wash water then heated as per normal.

Customer called back saying that machine wasn’t drying and dishes were cold when the cycle finished – called back and changed PCB heater relay which did look very slightly heat damaged. Rest of PCB looks perfect condition.

Customer called back to say no different and still no drying cycle.

Never had this before and I’ve had many heater changes.

Any ideas?

heater is also controlled by the pressure switch. As a long shot have you checked the pressure circuit is clean and if the heater protector contacts of the pressure sw are closing during rinse
