Customer complained of no heat. I have checked the heater which is ok, and the pressure switches check out ok. The board looks ok, but that is all I can come up with having checked all else out. Does anyone know of board failures on this dishwasher? Cheers. Steve.

just to make things difficult there are 18 models with the same model number .

could be NTC or have you checked heater relay on the board

Yes Dave, I have checked the heater relay visually, and it is ok. The NTC is a type I haven’t seen before, but it could be switching early I suppose. The price of the board makes the NTC an avenue worth taking. Thank you for your reply. I’ll let you know how it goes. Cheers. Steve,

the relay is a mechanical device and prone to failure. the only way to be certain its working is to look for the coil voltage

if you want some tech info let me know product code
