    Hi,
    I have one with the dispenser not opening. The solenoid is o/c but what throws me is that there is a live and neutral to it from the minute it is turned on but this never changes throughout the programme.
    I have looked on the TDS disc but I can’t make anything of it.
    I don’t want to change the dispenser if the problem is also in the board.
    Any help appreciated.

    Dispenser is activated three times during the programme – once in the wash and twice in the final rinse. Permanent power suggests a triac failure on the PCB.
