    hi i have a aeg favorit 40640 sensorlogic dishwasher and the anti-flood device has kicked in so i have done the trick of tilting it and so on and nothing happens it still sounds like the motor is running when i turn it on with both flashing lights going of and i read it somewhere that it could be the sump now dont want to sound to stupid but what is a sump and where do i find it?

    please help

    the sump is the biege plastic bowl under the main filter . did any water spill out from the base when you tipped it?
