    I have 2 problems

    The dishwasher will not heat up i suspect that it is the element and will test it with a mutimeter but is it the cylindrical thing at the back.

    and after i have took the door off i have found that the lock has sprung and the door will not shut

    any help please

    Hi sorry for the delay in replying, yes the Heater is a Long round tube. If you take a look at the UK Whitegoods shop@ feature yuo will find your Heater at a very good price. If you don’t feel comfortable carrying out the repair yourself please take a look at the find an Engineer feature.

    Cheers i have found it and it is ordered thanks for your time and i have also fixed the door lock
    its what you can do after a good nights kip i was getting very pissed off about 12 last night

    Hello mate

    I have just got back for offshore and fitted the element and it works but i had a slight leek and now after tilting and cleaning out the water i still have the anti flood alarm on.
    Any tips
