Old built-in job. Machine immaculate but with door springs broken. Fnr 099157420.
Not sure what date that makes it but might be 15+ yrs old?
£40 retail incl del for a set of door hinges.
I seem to remember doing a similar machine about ten years ago and it was a bit of a struggle. On that occasion, I think I got seperate springs which were then available.
It looks like the cabinet is a one piece construction, so sides don’t come off.
Can anybody who has done scores of them give me any tips to make the job easy?
Mike.
I think from memory it looks difficult but in practise is not too bad, think outer cabinet comes off as a complete unit. You only need to move it backwards a few inches to access the hinge mountings. Ages since i’ve done one though.

😯 That sounds scary. I remember last time though, I managed to fit the new springs by laying the machine on the floor and working through the base but it was some struggle. Maybe I’ll just take my angle grinder along .
