Help please,
The above DW was working when I turned up at the clients property (I could hear it running when I first arrived). As I was being shown to the other jobs at the property (3 DWs in total.. hugh office site – 5 houses knocked in to one). I eventually returned to above appliance after my “tour” to find a helpful lady had opened the door to stop it for me.
Anyway, couldn’t get it going again. I presume it’s due to the Aquastop.
Base not flooded (took front panel off behind kick plate) – programme wouldn’t canel or re-start. I turned the water supply off and did eventually manage to get it to empty but then again nowt. (even with the supply on)
I’ve tried disconnecting the aquastop, cancelling the programme (by holding the button for 6 secs) but I can’t get it to run.
I ran out of time as had the others jobs to sort but have to go back tomorrow. Have these got the same anti-flood valves that Zanussis have??
I’ve never had any problems with aquastops before… what’s the secret to re-setting it?? Desperate to get it sorted, a total of ten appliance in this office and they want me to be their approved repairer. They’ve also got 3 other large offices in other towns close to me so this could be a good earner.
