AEG favorit 88010v1 DISHWASHER – NO DISPLAY

Hi guys, visited one of these beasts yesterday. Internal light is on but no display or able to select prog. First thought was power switch but seems to test ok. Have power to module but due to readings on meter had the gut feeling that the machine had lost a neutral ie 240v on everything !! Advised the customer that I thought it might be the module but as its a £150 part I would investigate further. Customer phoned this morning and he has replaced module with a new one from AEG !!! same issue. Shot himself in the foot and admits it but I would still like to fix it for him.

Anyone had this issue – maybe the power switch is iffy, anyone got a diagram at all.

I reckon you got the model number wrong.

Hi Martin, no its definetly a 88010v1 mate.

Looking at the drawing above it seems this has a second board in the machine and not just the one in the door as I presumed. Is this a power board do you think ?
