AEG Favorit Sensorlogic 85480VI not jammed but not draining

Hello everyone,

I have an AEG Favorit Sensorlogic 85480VI.

The problem started a few days ago: the pump wanted to drain after the programm was finished. I turned it partly on its side left then on its right side and the pump stopped.
That lead to another problem: the programm started but stopped quickly as it refused to drain (the code error e20 appeared). The dishwasher is full of water, it makes no humming sound, and in fact no sound at all.

I opened the dishwasher, took the pump out (it was not jammed), cleaned the draining hose. No change: no sound and no drainage.

Does anyone have an idea of what it could be?
