AEG Favourit 6040 Dishwasher cycle not running pump running

Have an AEG Favorit 6040w. When you put the program cycle on the pump works to drain any excess water as it normally does but it keeps running and the cycle doesnt move on, the pump runs at the correct points in the wash cycle when you manually move the wheel round IE after main wash and before rinse etc.

Appreciate your advice as to what to look at or what problem could be

I don’t know if this will help but please look at the problem I raised re the OKI FAVORIT 5450 something running when the OKI was set OFF. This may or may not help but I wish you the best. Surrinder.
