model k812001 pd 923523608

ordered new control module – received part dst2425157167 – looks completely different .. new one has a connector for a ribbon cable which connects to display pcb …

old control module and display are soldered via ribbon cable – which i thought i would have resolder etc ..

seems like the only way is to also order new display pcb .

has anyone seen this .. any ideas advice appreciated

Talking to an engineer last week who had the same problem – not sure if same model but will try to get more info later

hi dave – they are listed separate on lux web site as well , but there is no way the new cont pcb will match up to existing display pcb ..

new cont pcb has a multi plug connector where a ribbon cable will plug into ..

old cont pcb is soldered to existing display ..

i find it strange thats theres no mention of this or thats there isnt any tech notes etc ..

any further help appreciated
