Hi all a bit of help if you can
I have an AEG dishwasher which occasionally comes up with an i11 Code fault (which is inlet water problem) if I reset it it floods. I have checked the water inlet and the drain and all is fine. I suspect it’s a level problem so I looked for a level pressure switch but there doesn’t appear to be one. Does anyone know how the level is controlled in this type of dishwasher.

    thanks Mick

Hi Dave thanks for the reply, I can’t see a switch on the side of the sump there are 3 outlets one is to or from the salt reservoir, one is the outlet/pump and the other is a turbity sensor. On thing I did notice but at first dismissed it there’s a box on the hose at the tap end and I noticed it was hot, whilst looking now there are to wires go up the hose I guess to this box could it be a flow meter and could it be the problem.

on further surfing I see that the box on the inlet pipe is the inlet solenoid. Could it be the solenoid sticks intermittently (hence it getting warm and the i11 fault appears ) then when reset it fills again flooding the machine?
