AEG integrated washer dryer l7wc8632b

AEG integrated washer dryer. model L7WC8632BI PROD 91460640000. this is the second time i have had this fault and still not got to the bottom of it. on tumble dry, timed or sensor dry. it does a short spin at the start, which i assume is correct. it heats for about 30 seconds then drops down to 11 mins in the display and stops heating. i suspect it is dropping down to the cooling part of the cycle. I have fitted a thermistor to the front of the heater box and same fault. I have checked all the wiring. anyone have any ideas please? I posted the same fault on a similar model a month ago. Is there a diagnostics i can run or anyone have any ideas?

you can normally find your way into lux service mode by playing with button pairs
but have emailed the info on this one

one fault I have had a few times is broken harness wires to the top sensor think its E73. This is one of those codes that the user does not see on some machines so you have to be in service mode to find it
