AEG KM8403001 Microwave Combination Oven Help

Hi,

I recently fitted an AEG KM8403001 Microwave Combination Oven and it appears to work fine in both Conventional and Microwave mode.

However I appear to be having issues getting it to work in combination mode, for example if I start the oven cooking or grilling and then try and add some microwave functionality the display will alternate between conventional and microwave symbols and count down but no microwave cooking occurs. The manual is not very clear on this subject.

Also Jacket potato mode only seems to use microwave which is unlike any other oven I have owned before which used a mixture of microwave and conventional.

I would try asking AEG but cannot find a number in the UK to be able to get technical support as the numbers on their website all seem to ultimately end up with a support agent to attend your product

if you do get a support agent ask them for numbers they must know
