AEG L 99695 HWD not drying

Hi

I have an AEG washer dryer with a heat pump dryer, and the dryer has never really worked. If you put it on the highest setting (Extra Dry) it will run for a few hours, but clothes etc will still come out damp as if they haven’t really been dried at all.

This has been an issue the entire time we have had the machine, but have started to want to use the dryer more recently so it has become as issue.

Does anyone know what might be causing this.

Might help people if you post a pnc number buddy

Take a read of the service manual too , im currently having a similar issue but yours is a slight different model and luckily for you the manual is in English. Though your model is a lot more complex with things like a refrigerant so i wouldn’t advise messing with it too much as it may be a sealed system.
