AEG L12710 aborting

Hi i went to a AEG L12710 washer dryer this morning which worked fine the first 2 times i set it to cottons 60 quick wash but third time it stopped with the display flashing at 69 mins as if it was paused, it wouldn’t respond if the start button was pressed. So i checked the usual suspects brushs, heater, water valves, pressure chamber, filling and emptying rates all ok. So i try again and it fills then empties and goes onto a short spin at the end of the cycle, this is the fault the old lady complained of :hmm: . After i left i found a £50 parking ticket on the van because she didn’t fill out the permit correctly DOH! :taz:

Hi this is a Zanussi made product and the Zanussi version sufers from the user board failing have you interegated the diagnostic!!!!

How do i interegate the diagnostic? i thought about tying it to a chair and shining a light on it while i ask questions unless there is an easier way 🙂 thanks for any help
