Customer siad machine wouldn’t drain and after draining the machine through the filter tried machine and it went pop.
Have had board out and its lost the track which runs J2-2, J5-2, J5-6 to S12 which has an interlock wire to it J2-2.
Have retracked and fitted new interlock but no display and door locks as soon as you switch on. I’m presuming that it’s caused something more serious on the board but have the usual suspicions that it may have caused more problems OR something I’ve missed could cause it but everything else seems to test fine.

Any Lux boffins out there who know this fault??
    Any help appreciated.
Also what are the price of these boards. Noone seems to have any info on them.

sounds like the triac that feeds the interlock has blown but with no display as well this sounds a bit serious. have a close look at the board look for blown components. use a magnifying glass. suggest you have a word with emw they may take a look even if it is not a board the normally look at

can send you wiring diags and the like this machine is a zanussi build.
boards are about £100 but i need the production number there are 3 types of this machine
    prod number 914601 + 20600 or 22400 or 22401

    Thanks Dave

Customer away on holiday at the moment so jobs in limbo.
So far they have texted five times from Morrocco and I’m no texter when it comes to work :rolls: !
Have got the machine diagrams off tds and it looks like interlock has caused it deffo (single orange wire on j12 is where the damage starts) just hate the suspense of POP when there’s something else looming as well 🙁 .
