    My AEG L16950A3 washer dryer which is 2.5 years old, after doing some drying today no longer switches on. It doesn’t seem to have any power at all. I have checked the fuses in the plug and isolation switch and this is not the problem.

    Does anyone know what could be wrong with it, could it have overheated or something when drying? I did switch the dryer off a few minutes early as I anticipated that it was dry enough but then when I came to put some more drying on nothing happened.

    It is more likely a power supply problem rather than the machine itself. Can you plug it in somewhere else even if it means a temporary hook up using an extension lead?

    Hi, yes I tried that into a different plug socket.
