    Hi Guys,

Have this machine (PNC 9146101605)which is giving quite a lot of headache. Machine does not start, the error E40 appears whoch means that the door is not properly locked, changed the door switch, still the same problem. I tried the door switch manually with the screwdriver to eliminate the door itself, still no go.

There is a black pressure guage (apparently it has two) that makes abnormal noise when you turn the machine on.I also changed it but still it makes the noise.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

Looking on the TDS disk the error code E40 is not listed for a Lavamat 16810. The PNC you gave also doesn’t check out 😕 The nearest I can see is: 91460160501….

    Very confusing 😕

Sorry Martin, made the mistake on the PNC, but you got the correct one.Do you have any idea what it could be? that washer dryer is hardly 2 years old and in immaculate condition. That is why I am reluctant to say to them to change it.

    Thanks

hi if the door lock has been changed it is either a wiring fault or pcb

Bound to be the PCB (the one at the top that is), had one the other week, clunk clunk is the sound of the door lock. not too expensive on that one though so worth doing. needs configuring though.

Guys got another same washer dryer but what happens is that no matter which programme I choose, it goes straight to Drain, and the display shows 3 minutes and then finishes the drain cycle and that is it.

Does not show any Error Code.

    Any Ideas?
