Customer said the RCD tripped when washer was on. Reset trip and now the machine just buzzes. 😕
Whipped the cabinet off and meggered everything, all perfect.
Plugged in and turned control knob to first position, the doorlock gave a loud buzz for a second and the circulation pump kicked in without even pressing the start button, display just shows three faint red dashes.
Machine would not go into diagnostic mode, it just did the above all the time on any setting.
Had a quick look at the doorlock which did have a darkish brown patch on the back, swapped it out to no avail.
Does this sound as the the main PCB has gone west?
