Best to post PNC num’ for ‘Lu x machines.
Possible caused by over foaming sensed & machine thinks its in flood condition, go into diagnostics, read & and clear last fault.

What senses the over foaming? Is it the pressure switch.Tried the diagnostics but still got the EFO fault code.

Went back today. The base was flooded – activating the anti flood switch.New pipe needed – a bra wire had pierced it.The only reference to the EFO fault is in the operators manual which also contains this gem of gobbledygook.
“Your Appliance is provided of a new ‘anti-flood device’.To make this feature is needed close the bottom of the machine with the bottom cover that you find in the drum. Please read the instructions inserted into bottom cover bag”

What it means is that there is a plastic cover that fits into the base of the machine, effectively diverting any leak into the channel in the base where the anti flood switch is situated – needless to say the kitchen fitters hadnt fitted it.
