I have an AEG L1683 W/Dryer The Problem is , it washes fine until the rinse program then display time resets itself to full wash time also start/pause light flashes and door wont open. no fault code appears in display either. If anybody has any suggestion as to what it could i would be most gratefull…. Thanx

Zanussi in a dress – this may well be an earth leakage problem. Try disconnecting the leads to the dryer elements and see if she’ll run. Wash heater and motor earth leaks can cause similar corruption problems. PCB itself may be corrupted. Try the dryer heater first – it’s quick and easy.
Power off first.
