    With this washer/dryer initialy no fault could be found other than a blocked condenser. A few days later customer reported no heat again.The heater,cut outs etc check out ok,however 240V is going to all 4 heater terminals,instead of 2. Suspect control board fault? Any ideas?

    Er, full heat requires 240v to both elements….

    I think he means there’s no neutral. All service manual, diagrams, bulletins etc are on Connect’s mediator. Pm me if you can’t find them.
