ParticipantHi, Im hoping somebody may be able to throw some light on this problem. The wash is all ok but when put onto autodry the machine heats up ok and then cuts out after a short time. I have checked insulation (all Fine) cleaned condensor and all filters etc. All t/stats and t.o.c read ok.
Has anybody had a similar problem, I would really appreciate some guidance with this one. Thanks!January 7, 2013 at 3:14 pm #387386Martin

Broken leads to NTC at bottom of condenser?
Earth leak on element?
Have you accessed diagnostics for error code?By the way, post technical questions in Trade Technical forum not here.

Hi, Leads to ntc ok, no earth leakage on element, not sure how to access diagnostics. In future I will make sure I post in technical forum instead, sorry first time.

Power off, press Start/Pause and first Option Button together, power on and hold in both buttons until LED’s flash. Turn selector clockwise to 10th position to show error code of last error detected. Switch off appliance to reset.

Possible open circuit solenoid for the condenser water supply. Won’t show up as an error in diagnostics.

Fault code is E73 which I understand is the NTC sensor on heating duct which reads ok on meter. Any ideas please?

Are you referring to the sensor in the condensor black hose or the sensor on heater assembly duct itself? Cheers Leigh

You asked for the Heating Duct NTC, and that’s what you’ve got!

Thanks Martin, just wanted to be sure as when I have ordered this in the past they have sent me the wrong sensor. Cheers!

Hi Martin, just to say thank you all sorted now. Turned out to be the sensor on the heating duct even though it seemed to read all ok with the meter. Cheers!
